Technically, all of our products are pre-shrunk, however, we still find that if you hot wash/dry anything that is 100% cotton is can still shrink up to half a size. We recommend washing and drying on a low setting. The products with a polyester blend are much less prone to shrinking.

Your product(s) will ship within a couple days of receiving your order.  We use a print on demand distribution service, so fulfillment only takes 24 -48 hours.

With our economy shipping, within Canada: it usually takes 10 business days after fulfillment.  The United States: 5 – 7 business days after fulfillment.  International: 10 – 21 business days on average.

**These shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely vary a little bit depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase via email with your order number and we will help you out with your return.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: we do not accept returns if incorrect sizing.  We only accept returns if your product was received defect.  No worries, we have an excellent quality control.

Please contact us as soon as possible via email with your order number and the information that needs to be corrected so that we can adjust things for you before you item ships.

Since we typically ship out our items within 24-48 hours, the sooner you contact us about the error the better in order to avoid the package being sent out to an incorrect address or with an incorrect item.
